Alacriti is excited to speak at PAYMENTS 2019, NACHA’s annual conference that unites thousands of representatives from financial and technology services organizations to discuss current issues and opportunities.
Stuart Bain, SVP of Product Management at Alacriti will partner with Jeff Pauly, Director of Product Solutions at Bank of America to present a session called, ‘What’s Next for Chatbots?’, on Tuesday, May 7 at 2 pm. This session will explore the changing landscape of chatbots and answer questions about where the technology is heading. In addition, the speakers will discuss how chatbots can improve customer service, as well as some of the opportunities and threats associated with the technology.
NACHA, The Electronic Payments Association, works to create broadly adopted payment and financial messaging standards through governance, collaboration, and innovative development. This year’s conference will take place May 5–8 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida.
